Do you send by post or courier?
All orders are shipped through the local / international postal service.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes. International orders will be printed locally in your country and shipped to you.
How much is shipping?
Standard $12 AUD flat rate, including international orders.
How long will it take to arrive?
Once printed (allow 2 days) your order should arrive within 4-10 days. Some locations may take a few days longer.
Can I track my shipping?
Yes. Once your order is printed and packaged you will receive an update with the tracking number.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are printed on demand. This usually takes 2 days. So if you order on Monday it will be shipped by Wednesday.
How are the prints mailed?
In a sturdy cardboard mailer tube.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
Get in touch with me and shoot me a photo. I’ll send you another free of charge. Too easy.
